My coaching for stress and burnout is inspired by Persephone. In Greek mythology, Persephone is the Godess of Spring
She symbolises many things that can help us overcome periods of stress and burnout. She reminds us that we can rise up and feel totally renewed, after periods of challenge and difficulty.
She also reminds us that we can begin over in life, creating stronger foundations, inspired work and enriched relationships.
