Hello, I am Janice Leeming a Certified Wellbeing Coach living in Hove on the beautiful south coast of England specialising in transformative stress management and burnout coaching. Sessions are available via Zoom. 


I have a deep passion and knowledge of wellbeing techniques gained through personal development, practice and study extending over 15 years. During my long and successful career in the non profit sector I have experienced burnout on more than one occasion - I have used these experiences as a spring board for positive change to improve my wellbeing and transform my life.
