Evidence shows that a mindful approach helps to relieve stress and anxiety, improve our capacity to live with pain and illness, and to generally improve our mental and emotional health.
These sessions will provide you with a powerful toolkit to help you to ease stress and live with more balance and joy. Sessions can be taken as a six week programme or as stand alone sessions:

Introductory chat
Before any sessions start, there is a no obligation Zoom call (of up to 30 minutes) with Janice to talk through your specific wellbeing challenges and to discuss how she can help.
Pre-coaching questionnaire
If you decide to proceed and have chosen the coaching package that feels right to you, then the first step will be to complete a brief, but insightful, pre-coaching questionnaire. This questionnaire begins the coaching process and enables you to articulate your intention for wellbeing coaching and identify what motivates you to want to improve - and what might be holding you back.
The sessions themselves
Once the sessions begin, they focus on personal wellbeing goals that you - through the coaching process – identify as being key to enabling you to overcome stress, and/or recover from burnout and achieve a state of wellbeing. To aid the process, of identifying specific goals, you will go through (with Janice) a wellbeing assessment. This assessment is comprised of questions on areas that have been proven to be linked to wellbeing. The results of the assessment are often very thought-provoking and naturally inform the content of the coaching sessions.
The format of the sessions
Sessions during the coaching programmes are 1 hour long, via Zoom, and are approximately every two weeks. You will be provided with resources, linked to your wellbeing goals, to reflect on and homework to complete in between sessions. You will be encouraged to spend at least an hour on the homework as well as committing to trying out some of the wellbeing practices you have identified as being helpful during the sessions.
What you can expect to get out of the sessions
By the end of the programme you will have developed a unique wellbeing plan and several insights and practices which enable sustainable and transformative change.
