In this fun and accessible two hour Wellbeing Workshop you will have the opportunity to learn about, and practice, mindfulness tools and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life, including:

Mini-Mindfulness for Stress Sessions
Join me for these fun and accessible one hour mini mindfulness sessions where you will learn practical mindfulness tools and techniques to enable you to soothe stress and improve your wellbeing and mental health
Evidence shows that just 10 minutes of daily mindfulness practice can improve wellbeing, ease depression and anxiety, and help people to be more motivated to improve their lifestyle – including healthier exercise, eating and sleeping habits.
