Mindful Yoga Sessions are relaxing sessions that combine mindfulness, breath and gentle yoga postures to soothe the stress response and bring a sense of balance and peace. These sessions include a deep, long relaxation practice which works by relaxing physically, mentally and emotionally. People describe coming away from the sessions feeling rested and renewed.
Held in the beautiful loft room at the Cornerstone Community Centre.

Monday 12th August 7.15 -8.30 pm
Monday 14th October 7.15 - 8.30 pm
These sessions are offered freely on a pay what you can basis (there is no obligation to pay)
