Mindful Yoga Sessions: a relaxing practice that combines meditation, breath and gentle yoga postures to soothe the stress response and bring us into the present.
Held in the beautiful loft room at the Cornerstone Community Centre. Next sessions:

Monday 12th August 7.15 -8.30 pm
Monday 14th October 7.15 - 8.30 pm
These sessions are offered freely on a pay what you can basis (there is no obligation to pay)
